hydrogens)\u88ab\u6c2f(chlorine)\u6240\u5e96\u4ee3\u3002C\u578bParylene\u5177\u5907\u8f83\u4f4e\u7684\u6c34\u5206\u548c\u523a\u6fc0\u6027\u6c7d\u4f53\u7684\u7a7f\u900f\u7387\uff0c\u5806\u79ef\u901f\u5ea6\u6bd4N\u578b\u5feb \uff0c\u56de\u5e94\u7684\u878d\u5408\u5de5\u4f5c\u80fd\u529b\u4e5f\u5c0f\u4e8eN\u578b\uff1b\u662f\u5f53\u524d\u4f7f\u7528\u6700\u5927\u591a\u6570\u7684 Parylene\u539f\u6750\u6599\u3002<\/p>\n<p hydrogens)\u88ab\u4e8c\u4e2a\u6c2f\u539f\u5b50(chlorine)\u6240\u5e96\u4ee3\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5728\u66f4\u9ad8\u4e00\u4e9b\u6eab\u5ea6\u4e0b\u5177\u5907\u76f8\u5bf9\u6027\u66f4\u5feb\u7684\u7269\u7406\u5b66\u53ca\u7535\u6c14\u6027\u80fd\uff0c\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\u4e0eN\u3001C\u578b\u5bf9\u6bd4\uff0c\u5177\u5907\u66f4\u5f3a\u7684\u70ed\u7262\u56fa\u6027\uff1b\u5176\u5806\u79ef\u4e0e\u6c47\u805a\u901f\u7387\u5c24\u5176\u5f88\u662f\u5feb\uff0c\u4f46\u952e\u7ed3\u5de5\u4f5c\u538b\u529b\u5374\u5341\u5206\u6162\u3002<\/p>\n<p
