\/>\n2.1.6\u7535\u78c1\u611f\u5e94\u52a0\u70ed\u6325\u53d1induced heating \/>\n2.4\u5316\u5b66\u6c14\u76f8\u6c89\u79ef\uff1bCVD chemical vapor
