style=\"line-height: 2em;\">Parylene\u7528\u7279\u6709\u7684\u771f\u7a7a\u6cf5\u6c14\u76f8\u8272\u8c31\u5806\u79ef\u52a0\u5de5\u5de5\u827a\u5236\u53d6\uff0c\u7531\u6d3b\u529b\u5c0f\u5206\u5b50\u6c34\u5728\u677f\u6750\u5916\u578b\\&#8221;\u751f\u957f\u53d1\u80b2\\&#8221;\u51fa\u5f7b\u5e95\u6577\u5f62\u7684\u9ad8\u805a\u7269\u5851\u6599\u8584\u819c\u9540\u5c42\uff0c\u5b83\u80fd\u6d82\u8986\u5230\u5404\u79cd\u5404\u6837\u5916\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u5916\u578b\uff0c\u5305\u542b\u9510\u5229\u7684\u68f1\u8fb9\uff0c\u7f1d\u9699\u91cc\u548c\u5185\u5916\u578b\u3002\u8fd9\u7c7b\u5ba4\u5185\u6e29\u5ea6\u5806\u79ef\u5236\u53d6\u76840.1-100\u03bcm\u5851\u6599\u8584\u819c\u9540\u5c42\uff0c\u8584\u539a\u5300\u79f0\u3001\u9ad8\u5bc6\u5ea6\u65e0\u9488\u773c\u3001\u5168\u900f\u660e\u65e0\u5185\u5e94\u529b\u3001\u6ca1\u6709\u6539\u6027\u5242\u3001\u4e0d\u635f\u5bb3\u4ea7\u54c1\u5de5\u4ef6\u3001\u6709\u51fa\u8272\u7684\u7535\u7edd\u7f18\u6027\u80fd\u548c\u9632\u5fa1\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u662f\u5f53\u4ee3\u6700\u6709\u6548\u7684\u9632\u6c34\u3001\u9664\u9709\u3001\u9632\u8150\u8680\u3001\u9632\u8010\u8150\u8680\u9540\u5c42\u539f\u6750\u6599\u3002<\/p>\n<p N\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u6709\u6548\u7684\u7535\u6781\u5316\u539f\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u5177\u5907\u5c24\u5176\u5f88\u662f\u4f4e\u7684\u4ecb\u7535\u635f\u8017\u3001\u9ad8\u7edd\u7f18\u5c42\u6297\u538b\u5f3a\u5ea6\u53ca\u5176\u4e0d\u968f\u5de5\u4f5c\u9891\u7387\u53d8\u5316\u7684\u76f8\u5bf9\u4ecb\u7535\u5e38\u6570\u3002\u5b83\u662f\u5168\u90e8Paryleng\u4e2d\u900f\u8fc7\u5de5\u4f5c\u80fd\u529b\u6700\u5927\u7684\u4e00\u79cd\u3002<\/p>\n<p C\u662f\u5168\u7cfb\u5217\u4e2d\u7b2c\u4e8c\u4e2a\u5177\u5907\u4ef7\u503c\u7684\u7ec4\u5458\u3002\u5b83\u7531\u7c7b\u540c\u7684\u5355\u7ba1\u7406\u4f53\u7cfb\u65b9\u6cd5\u6210\uff0c\u4ec5\u4ec5\u5c06\u5728\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u4e2a\u8102\u80aa\u70c3\u6c22\u539f\u5b50\u7528\u4e00\u4e2a\u6c2f\u539f\u5b50\u6240\u5e96\u4ee3\u4e86\u3002Paryleng
